Why is my payment method being declined?

Payment issues? We explain why that might be the case

When a payment is declined, Fangage usually receives information from your bank that the transaction did not go through. We accept several payment methods, so please make sure that your desired payment method is included! 💳

Your payment may be declined for several reasons:

  • Payment information entered is incorrect

  • Credit or debit card has expired

  • Insufficient funds in the account

If you are still having trouble, be sure your payment provider supports e-commerce transactions. To find out why there are issues with your payment even if your payment information is correct, contact your bank for more details.
