What do I do if I can't log into my Fangage platform?

Trouble logging in - we'll help you out!

Double-check your login details.

Check whether your login details are spelled correctly. In case you misspelled your login details, a message saying "these credentials do not match our records" will show up.

Forgot your password?
If you can't remember your password, you can reset it using your email address on the login page.

  • Simply click on "forgot password" and type in the email address you used to create your Fangage platform.
  • You should receive a password reset link via email.
  • Click the "reset password" button, or in case nothing happens, copy and paste the link into your browser.
  • Lastly, choose and enter your new password.

Forgot your subdomain? 

If you forgot your subdomain, feel free to reach us via support chat in the lower right corner! A specialist will then help you out :)

Check your internet connection and make sure your device has a good connection.
